To win a chance to enter Home Depot’s customer satisfaction survey Sweepstakes, you must meet specific criteria.
- The minimum age requirement for participation in the Home Depot Survey is 18.
- The entrant must be a permanent legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- Those who have worked or are still working at Home Depot Inc. are not eligible for a $5000 Sweepstakes entry.
- The associates’ immediate family and relatives are also not eligible for the program.
Home Depot Survey is an online survey program run by the American Sweepstakes & Promotion Company, Inc., to gather valuable feedback from customers. Hence, the company can improve to satisfy its customers.
The survey questionnaire covers the store’s cleanliness, employees’ friendliness throughout your shopping, cashier availability while check-out, and product quality and availability.
The sweepstakes period begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 30, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 28, 2024.
How To Participate In The Survey?
- Head to the official customer survey portal at www.homedepot.com/survey or homedepotsurvey.org.
- For your convenience, choose your preferred language and enter the ZIP code.
- To confirm your purchase at the Home Depot, you must fill in the survey invitation User ID and Password from the receipt.
- The receipt of Home Depot is valid up to 14 days (fourteen days) from the purchase date.
- Answer survey questions based on your experience while shopping at the Home Depot.
- Upon completion, you can choose to enter the $5000 Sweepstakes by filling out the entry form.
- The entry form consists of fields for your first name, last name, e-mail address, and telephone number (including area code).
- Click the ‘Next’ button to complete the entry process.
